The Automatic Bottle Unscrambler with Air Jet Cleaning Machine Model AIRWASH-300-UN with speed of Max. 300 bottles per minute depending upon type and size of Bottles.
The Unscrambler system transfer bottles directly from the Unscrambler to the machine belt system in inverted position with continues motion having inbuilt Air Jet Cleaning Station, which use Compressed Air and Suction Blower to clean the bottles in inverted position and then another set of Belt Gripping system invert the bottle into vertical position to move further for filling operation. Machine can be supplied with optional Elevator conveyor belt system for uninterrupted supply of bottles to unscrambler. Machine applies Compressed Air through Jets and also sucks through Suction blower to complete the cleaning process. Machine can be used to clean Plastic or PET Bottles, Jars etc. Machine suitable for cleaning of non-sterile products like Dry Syrups, and Bulk Packing of Tablets and Capsules.
Machine in Stainless Steel Finish with all contact parts in S.S. 304 or 316 and Nylon Materials as per user requirement/selection.
