Machine is suitable for round, rectangular and most irregular bottles with maximum speed of 80 Bottles per minute depending on Bottle Diameter, Bottle Height, Bottle Shape and Cap Size. Specially Machine construction in Stainless Steel finish including Heavy Duty M.S. frame structure with Stainless Steel Cladding / Enclosures.
The Capping Machine is ideal for application in Pharmaceutical, Food, Pesticides, Cosmetic & Other Industries. Machine suitable for various sizes of Bottles and Plastic Screw Cap. Machine with Elevator type Cap Feeder system for minimum change over time and change parts system for change in Cap Size. No Change Parts required for change in Bottle Size. Machine unique Elevator type Cap Feeding system allow easy and fast change over in case of change in cap size with minimum setting and parts.
